Complaint of Misconduct, re: Judge James L. Cott [filed October 16, 2018]
As a black woman, lawyer, and plaintiff, this is what I was forced to endure at the hands of a white male judge in the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York: there has been no accountability or redress to date.
Without #BlackLivesMatter and similar groups, I fear for the physical, emotional, mental, and financial well being of all African Americans in the United States. How many stories have not been told? How many times have our rights been denied by those charged to uphold and defend the law?
