United States Lawyers, a Law Firm, and a Law School filed the following legal argument in the SDNY Federal Courthouse. African Americans cannot afford to be silent about the origins and perpetrators of discrimination, injustice, and violence against communities of color. I do not support or condone the actions, statements, values and views expressed and supported by Volpe, New York Law School, Deborah Archer, Ella Mae Estrada, Oral Hope, Barbara Graves-Poller, David Schonebrod, Howard Meyers, Erika Wood, Jefferey Becherer, Victoria Eastus, or Anthony Crowell. I stand with those who denounce all forms of hate and injustice committed against women and African Americans. To keep you - the public - better informed about information and events which are relevant I have posted this publicly available legal document containing the values and views of the parties listed as defendants, and the attorney of record who filed this work product. This filing is a matter of public record, and has not been altered from the manner in which it was received by the SDNY Federal Courthouse. Pay particular attention to the duties, liabilities, and responsibilities that Volpe and his clients (including, a private U.S. law school, and attorneys and lawyers employed by the school) argue are not enforceable by you or I. ![]()
